Meeting with winners of the project "100 new faces of Kazakhstan"

On April 11, 2023 within the frameworks of the Decade of science of Abai KazNPU a meeting with winners of the national project "100 new faces of Kazakhstan" was held. These are Kaisar Tabynov, Director of the International Center of Vaccinology of KazNARU, Professor, Bolashak Fellow, winner of the contest "Best Researcher-2021" of the MES RK, and Kaisar Tabynov, poet, composer, member of the Union of Writers of RK, winner of "Serper" Award of Kazakhstan Youth Union, honored graduate of Turkish University Omer Halisdemir, PhD Zhumabek Erzhan.

At the meeting, hosted by the Department of Geography and Ecology at the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography and members of the Young Researchers Council, PhDs Shakhislam Laiskhanov and Nurbol Usenov, the guests answered questions, talked about their work and shared insights into successful activities.

The event was opened by Yermek Buribayev, Vice-Rector for Research at the University, and Karlygash Muzdybayeva, Deputy Director for Science at the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography. The meeting was warm and cordial. Singer Tulemisov Berik sang a song, a 1st year master of geography student Ruslan Zholbolsynov read a poem. At the end, Duman Aliskarov, head of the Geography and Ecology Department, thanked the guests and presented them with gifts.

Teachers, students as well as members of the Young Researchers` Council - PhD doctors Gulsamal Dyusembina, Nazym Konkabaeva and Altynai Zhakupova - took part in the event. The moderator was Alibek Baybol, head of the Collaboration Committee of the Council of Young Researchers and literary scholar.
