Funding for scientific internships may be at the expense of:
- funds from the national budget;
- funds of the University, received from paid educational services;
- Funds of the host party;
- students` own funds.

Financing of the costs of scientific internship of students under the state educational grant shall be carried out in accordance with the approved budget of the University for the relevant year.

Calculation of costs for scientific internship students is made in accordance with established standards for higher and postgraduate education, approved by the Chairman of the Board - the Rector of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

When sending students for internship with a visit to the host institution to the personal card account of the students is transferred in cash advance within the sums in accordance with the approved calculation in accordance with the order of the Chairman of the Board - the Rector of the University.

In the case of exceeding the amounts for the scientific internship in comparison with the approved internal norms, the amount of overspending shall be repaid by the learner himself/herself at his/her own expense.

If the host party conducts training for a fee, which is specified in the concluded tripartite agreement, the amount for the traineeship shall be paid by the learner from his/her own funds.

If the scientific internship at the host university in online format on the basis of a tripartite agreement, scientific internship services are reimbursed to the learner upon submission to the Department of Accounting and Reporting of the act of work performed, invoice and payment documents and other documents confirming the fact of receipt.
