How to work in the Salem office system

 

On April 3, 2024, at the initiative of the office of the rector of Abai KazNPU, a training seminar was held for employees working in the Salem office system. The event was opened by Deputy Head of the Rector`s office Kazyna Bekbenbetova, who spoke about the requirements and rules for working with electronic document management.

 

Further, the head of the Office Management and Archival Affairs Service, S.E. Bekbauova, together with the technical manager of Somnium LLP, Janlau Rustam, held a training seminar "On the procedure for working in the Salem office system". Information was provided on the functions of the new design of the Salem office system, on the practical aspects of the program, as well as on the correctness of maintaining electronic documents and choosing those responsible for approving and signing documents.

 

The seminar was attended by specialists and middle-level employees of all structural divisions. At the end of the meeting, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions on the topics discussed and received comprehensive answers.

 

It is worth noting that the electronic system "Salem office" allows you to significantly improve the efficiency of document exchange and properly manage time and organize academic, scientific, administrative, and social processes.

 

In the future, such activities aimed at ensuring the high-quality organization of middle-level employees and providing them with methodological support will be continued.
