«Dialogues in Russian» will bring together more than 500 participants from different countries

«Dialogues in Russian» is the title of the first international fair of socio-cultural projects, which will take place simultaneously in two countries on December 7, 2021.

The venue for the event will be the Khujand State University named after Academician Bobojon Gafurov (Khujand, Tajikistan). The Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai (Almaty, Kazakhstan) will join the fair remotely. Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University (Almaty, Kazakhstan) will be joining the event on a distance.

Participants and spectators will be able to see and discuss socio-cultural projects from Russia, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Serbia that aim to promote interest in the Russian language, Russian education and Russian culture in Russia and beyond. The authors of the projects were teachers and educational organizations of pre-school, general, additional and professional education, students and postgraduates of secondary and higher educational institutions, cultural workers and cultural institutions of the CIS and European countries.

«Dialogues in Russian» is an educational and awareness-raising platform designed to stimulate the interest of foreign public to the Russian language and culture as well as to promote the expansion of international scientific, educational, cultural and humanitarian cooperation.

The Fair is supported by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. It is organized by the «Poznaniye» Centre for Information Technologies in Education (Kirov, Russia), Vyatka State University (Kirov, Russia), Abai KazNPU and Khujand State University named after academician Bobojon Gafurov.

The event aims to develop friendly relations between citizens of Russia, the CIS countries and Western Europe. The event is planned to attract more than 500 participants.

Elena Diener, a member of the organising committee, said: «This project is unique in that anyone can take part in it. The main thing is love for the Russian language, desire to promote it, sincere intention to tell about it and hold events in Russian. That`s why the participants of the fair, who presented their projects, were people of absolutely different professions. And that is especially valuable».
