The procedure for transferring a student to another university

1 A student wishing to transfer to another HEI shall submit a free-form application for transfer to the Rector of the University and, having received written and stamped consent to transfer, shall apply to the head of the HEI of his/her choice.

2. The rector, after receiving a written request to transfer the personal file and a copy of the order to transfer the student, issues an order of expulsion with the wording "expelled due to transfer to (name of university)" and within three working days from the date of the order of expulsion sends the personal file of the student to the host institution.

3. The term of the transfer is up to 23.01.2022.

Required documents: transcript, copy of UNT certificate, copy of certificate, copy of identity card.

Procedure for transfer of a student from another university

2. The application is accompanied by copies of the transcript signed and stamped by the head of the university and the registrar`s office, the statement addressed to the head of the university where the student was studying (with the head`s signature and seal).

3. The deadline for transfer is until 23.01.2022.

Required documents: transcript, copy of UNT certificate (for pedagogical not lower than 75 points, for non-pedagogical not lower than 70 points), copy of certificate, copy of ID card.
