A literary evening will be held with the participation of the museum staff of the poet A. Tvardovsky

On January 27, 2022, at 14:00, Abai KazNPU, publishing house «Almatykitap baspasy», Specialized Lyceum No. 165 in Almaty hold an Evening of Remembrance dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the start of the Rzhev battle, in which many Kazakhstanis participated during the Great Patriotic War. The leitmotif of the event was the poem of the famous Soviet poet A.T. Tvardovsky «I was KILLED UNDER RZHEV ...».

The evening is attended by: M. Kopaeva - head of the Rzhev branch of the Museum of Victory (Russia); K. Duryndina - head of the sector of the historical department, head of the museum «A.T. Tvardovsky in Smolensk» (Russia); T. Baryshnikova - Consul of the Consulate General of Russia in Almaty, representative of Rossotrudnichestvo.
