Department of New and Modern History of Kazakhstan named after Academician T.S.Sadykov
 
 

 

The main directions of international activity of the Department of Modern and Contemporary History of Kazakhstan named after Academician T.S. Sadykov of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay are aimed at expanding and developing the sphere of historical education and solving urgent problems of mutual scientific-pedagogical and political-cultural tasks between international educational institutions and organizations. In the global educational space of the 21st century, the training of highly qualified historians at the faculty is actively reviving within the framework of international cooperation in the field of academic education with foreign higher education institutions. For example, close cooperation ties have been established between KazNPU named after Abai and its 90 leading scientific and pedagogical centers in 28 countries of the world, and bilateral mutual contracts in the field of higher education and science have been signed with foreign higher education institutions. At present, high standards of training are used in the educational system and research work of the faculty, stable traditions of training scientific and pedagogical specialists in accordance with modern requirements have been formed. This problem is related to the fact that the faculty`s teachers actively participate in various international research projects and are noted for their scientific reports at international conferences and scientific seminars, the teachers participate in scientific and scientific-methodological practices, jointly publish monographs, go on special business trips. for the purpose of scientific research and interaction with foreign higher education institutions. This is evident from such international events as student exchange. For example, in the specified academic year, the Faculty of History of the Peoples` Friendship University of Russia, the Kyrgyz National Agrarian University named after K.I. Scriabin named after. Scientific contacts were established between the Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University named after Ushinsky.


In April 2010, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, author of the book "Archaeology of Russia", Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor A.A. Martynov, in November 2010 "Kazakh-Russian Relations at the Current Stage". At the Department of History of the Fatherland of the Peoples` Friendship University of Russia, Professor V.M. Kozmenko gave a lecture on the topic "Variety Stage".

 

In October 2011, K.D. Professor of the Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University named after Ushinsky, Ph.D. in Engineering A.B. Sokolov held a Master Class on the topic "Another History: a New Direction in Modern Western Historiography."

 

In June 2010, students of the faculty took part in a meeting organized by the Department of National History and the Department of International Law between the Consul of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Almaty B.B. Meshchaninov . Also in the 2010/2011 academic year, among the teachers of the department under the Bolashak program were Associate Professor Zainakbaeva G.T. of the University of Santiago de Compostela , Spain, Associate Professor Baikonakov D.S. from Italy. The accumulation of scientific experience at the University of Siena is the result of the work of the faculty.

 

In order to develop international cooperation, the faculty of the department participates in international conferences held at universities in Germany, Russia, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, and Bulgaria.

 

Scientific articles by teachers were published in collections of international conferences: in Moscow, St. Petersburg (RF), Bishkek (KR), Stuttgart (Germany), Prague (Czech Republic), Gdansk, Warsaw (Poland).

 

In November 2009, in connection with the international research work on school textbooks at the Georg Eckert Institute in Braunschweig, Germany, Associate Professor T. T. Dalaeva conducted a scientific and practical research project "Implementation of cooperation with Central Asian countries in the field of school textbooks" and underwent training.

 

In September 2010, Associate Professor Dalaeva T.T. took part in the 1st International Symposium "Seljuk Period in Mirror History" held at Ergiye University in Kayseri, Turkey. Dean of the Faculty of History, Ph.D. In November 2010, G.K. Kenzhebaev exchanged experiences at the Pedagogical Forum organized by the Center for International Educational Programs, the International National Educational Center " Ethnosphere " and the Moscow Administration.

 

In May 2011, the Dean of the Faculty of History, PhD in Economics G.K. Kenzhebayev was part of the Kazakhstani delegation in London (Great Britain) on issues of establishing international cooperation in the field of education.

 

Deputy Dean of the Faculty of History for Academic Affairs, Associate Professor of the Department of Russian History, PhD in Economics S.Kh. Baidildina "Military-industrial complex of Kazakhstan. 1940-1991. Worked in the state archives of the Russian Federation (GARF, RGAE) in the field of research on the topic "Historical analysis". (Moscow, Russian Federation, July 2011).

 

Associate Professor of the Department of Russian History, PhD Dalaeva T.T. took part in the XII ESCAS Biennale "Central Asia: A Maturing Field" ( Churchill College, Cambridge, CB3 0DS, September 19-22, 2011).

 

In October 2011, the Dean of the Faculty of History, PhD in Economics, and a group of students returned to Hungary on international relations. The delegation of the Faculty of History, consisting of PhD in Philosophy Kenjebaev G.K., PhD in Philosophy, Professor Khalidullin G.Kh., Associate Professor Toleubaeva K.M. and a group of students, returned to Hungary on international relations.

 

Thus, this academic year, the teachers of the Faculty of History made a worthy contribution to the implementation of important measures in the direction of international cooperation, improving their creative searches in conducting higher pedagogical education and fundamental scientific research.

The department`s teachers regularly participate in master classes and courses conducted by scientific institutions and foreign teachers in Kazakhstan and abroad.


Senior Lecturer of the Department Azretbergenova E. Participated in the international advanced training course "Professional Development of Educational and Organizational Skills in Universities", held at the University of Tsukuba, Japan (November 27 - December 10, 2012).

 

In 2013, associate professors of the department U.M. Zholdybaeva Kyrykbaeva E.O. and Tulbasieva S.K. completed an international internship course at Charles University (Prague, Czech Republic) (February 20 - March 4, 2013).
