History teaching in schools was discussed

On April 5, 2022, the Regional educational and methodological center for the development of education of the state institution «Department of Education of the Almaty region» organized a regional dialogue platform (online) on the topic «The subject of history at school: a new concept, a modern approach».

During the event, which was attended by university academics, history teachers of regional secondary schools, topical issues of teaching history at school were discussed.

Head of the Department of World History of the Institute of History and Law of Abai KazNPU K.M. Rustem made a report on the training of historians and the relationship between university and school.
