Conference «Ahmet Baitursynuly - scientist, enlightener, humanist»

On April 29, 2022, the Department of World History organized the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Ahmet Baitursynuly - scientist, enlightener, humanist», dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the leader of the Alash Party, an outstanding scientist, educator, humanist, teacher, translator Ahmet Baitursynuly.

The plenary session of the conference was opened by the vice-rector for research activities of Abai KazNPU, Buribayev Ermek, who noted the importance of the conference.

Deputy Head of the Culture Department of Almaty city Aliyev Daniyar made a welcoming speech and spoke about the events and future plans of the Almaty city administration on the occasion of the anniversary of the outstanding personality - Akhmet Baitursynuly.

In the plenary session of the conference a famous Alashologist, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor - Koygeldiev Mambet, Professor of the University of Siirt - Ilyas Erpay (Siirt, Turkey), Associate Professor of the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabayev - Baidildeev Zhumagul (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan), Professor of Kocatepe University - Huseyin Kahraman Mutlu (Afyon, Turkey), Master student of Istanbul University Mahmut Dogu (Istanbul, Turkey), Head of the Department of the Institute of State History of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor - Karasaev Gani, Director Institute for the Development of the State Language Kapalbek Bizhomart, director of the Museum-House of Akhmet Baitursynov - Imahanbet Raihan, history teacher of CSI «Gymnasium No. 27» of Almaty Beisembayeva Kazna.

The work of the conference continued in sections, and the resolution of the International Conference was also adopted.
