“Religious literacy” collaboration with schools in educational work

On December 10, 2024, Senior Lecturer of the Department of World History at the Institute of History and Law, Didar Mamyrbayev, together with first-year students of Group 102, specializing in "6B02209 History-Geography," conducted a seminar on the topic of "Religious Literacy" at Secondary School No. 43 named after Mukhametzhan Tuymebayev, located in Almaty. Additionally, a discussion was held with Ansar Ediluly, a 9th-grade student of Lyceum No. 249 named after Y.S. Bozgulov in Aiteke Bi village, Kazaly district, Kyzylorda region, to prepare for an Olympiad on the topic "The Goals of Religious Extremism and Terrorism."

The students engaged with schoolchildren in a practical format, sharing their views and experiences. The educational session, held both online and offline, was successfully implemented according to the plan.
