REPORT of lecturer of philological disciplines for foreign nationals on a business trip to the city Kuldzha of the Chinese People`s Republic

On the basis of the contract between the Ili Normal University (China) and the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai (Kazakhstan) about the opening of "Kazakhstan-China scientific and cultural center, the innovative development and education" and "Center of Abai" ( 06.07.2011) lecturer of the chair of philological sciences for foreign citizens, M.A. Zh.B.Beysbekova in the period since 6 May 2015 till 4 June 2015 was a business trip in the Kuldzha city of the Chinese People`s Republic.
During of business trips, were held meetings with the heads of the Department of International Relations, Institute of Philological sciences, Faculty of Foreign Languages and chairman of the Literature society "Kazakh tulpar". During the meeting they discussed the organization of activities aimed at a closer acquaintance with the cultural heritage of Abai Kunanbayev and culture of the two nations, exchange of professors and students of different specialties of the two universities, the organization of joint research projects in various scientific fields, scientific-methodical seminars and scientific conferences, online training, online conferences were also held bilateral talks on the publications in scientific journals scientific papers academics staff and students, masters and doctoral universities of both countries.
In order to discuss the work plan for the coming 2015/2016 academic year there was a meeting with the head of the chair of the Kazakh language and literature, candidate of philological sciences, docent, Syrail Iskakuly and teaching staff of the chair, head of the department of International Relations Tolkyn Arpetuly, chairman of the literary society "Kazakh Tulpar" Nurzhan Dauletkeldyuly, teacher of the chair of foreign languages, Professor Nurlan Bulanbayev, Bulanbayeva Zhanyl Aubakirkyzy. During this meeting, suggestions were made about the competition "Expressive reading poems and singing songs of Abai Kunanbayev" and the organization of joint research projects, online conferences between teachers of the two countries, as well as the development of professional competence, training faculty of both universities to organize training - a seminar on the theme: "Experience and capacity of the qualified teaching staff". 
At the same time, at the invitation of the head of the chair of the Kazakh language and literature, candidate of philological sciences, docent, Syrail Iskakuly and teaching staff of this chair, Director of the Abai Center Beysbekova Zh.B. took part in the defense of diploma works of graduate students, in which students were asked questions relating to the research and provided consultations (22/05/2015). Also Beysbekova Zh.B. acted as a consultant for graduate students.
During the business trip Beysbekova Zh.B. in order to attract students to study in the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai in various specialties at a meeting with graduates of Ili Normal University told them about the history of the KazNPU named after Abai as well as the work of foreign citizens of the chair of philological disciplines for foreign citizens, the opening of a consultative center for Foreign citizens who give the test TORFL about training courses center on the International certificate TORFL.

A meeting was held with the students of 2 course, organized by the Abai Center in the Ili Normal University and the teaching staff of the above-mentioned faculties, which has been said about the opening of "Kazakhstan-China scientific and cultural center, the innovative development and education" and " Abai Center" ( 06.07.2011) on the basis of a contract between the Ili Normal University (China) and the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai (Kazakhstan), in this regard, there are opportunities for the exchange of students on academic mobility in various specialties and the result is an annual exchange of students Ili Normal University, along with the improvement of knowledge in the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai participate in various activities, receive thank-you letters and certificates, in 2015/2016 academic year, provided the exchange of students, as well as the center`s director Zh.B. Beysbekova answers to many questions of concern to students.
Director of the Center of Abai Beysbekova Zh.B. held a training seminar on " Present and Future of the Kazakh language in Kazakhstan" for teaching staff and students of Ili Normal University (03.06.2015 ).
In the annual report of the literary society "Kazakh Tulpar" was attended Director of the Abai Center Beysbekova Zh.B. and Xinjiang People`s Radio, with the wishes to the staff of the Literary society "Kazakh Tulpar" fruitful work and promotion of the national game "Togyz kumalak", national cultural heritage of the two countries, Beysbekova Zh.B. spoke about his goal - the development of the Kazakh language.
