The center «Parasat» was opened at Abai KazNPU

In September 2019, within the framework of the recommendations of the Republican project office «Sanaly Urpaq» of Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a project office, the Center«Parasat», was opened at Abai KazNPU. Usipov Kambar Turarovich was appointed its director.

The Center«Parasat»is an independent structural unit of the Abai KazNPU and a working body of the University Anti-Corruption Council. It coordinates and supervises the organization of work related to the implementation of Council decisions based on the Anti-Corruption Policy Concept, Anti-Corruption Standard and Conflict of Interest Policy. The Center«Parasat» will operate as part of the recommendations of the Sanaly Urpaq Republican Project Office.

The goal of the new unit is to implement a project to develop and implement anti-corruption management systems in accordance with the requirements of the international standard. In its work, it will liaise with the Republican project office «Sanaly Urpaq», the project «Almaty - Adaldyk Alany» and the Department of Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty, the Akimat of Almaty, as well as with representatives of youth organizations and the media.
