27.11.2019 Seminar for PR-specialists was held in Nur-Sultan
On November 22, 2019, a training seminar was held in Nur-Sultan for press secretaries of structural, subordinate organizations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and educational institutions, initiated by the Ministry of Education and Science. The deputy head of the Public Relations Department, Rimma Zhanbayeva, took part in it.
The purpose of the event is to develop an understanding of the functions and working methods of the modern press service, as well as ways to establish more effective interaction with representatives of various media.
Bloggers and seminar participants discussed the main trends in social media, suggestions and recommendations for maintaining personal and corporate accounts on the Internet, techniques for writing a readable post - storytelling, and shared their experience in creating and promoting content. Particular attention was paid to issues of the activities of social networks, the publication of negative information and its impact on public consciousness. The set of recommendations for actions in case of crisis situations aroused great interest.
Famous bloggers, media trainers Yakov Fedorov and Orken Kenzhebek gave workshop participants master classeson effective work in social networks and recommendations for responding to messages of a negative nature. Well-known bloggers shared their work experience and opinions on the issues raised. Examples of various information materials were presented and an analysis of their coverage on social networks was made, and the reasons that served to publish messages were also considered.
So, for representatives of departments and public relations services, a platform has appeared for professional growth, promoting their creative ideas and sharing experiences.
Events of this level are still rare, therefore, all participants in the seminar sincerely thanked the organizers and bloggers for their work.
At the end of the seminar, Advisor to the Minister of Education and Science Yerbolat Mukhamedzhan thanked all participants for their activity. Noting the importance of such meetings, he called on representatives of this sphere to maximize the openness and transparency of the activities of their departments and institutions.
The workshop participants were awarded certificates.
