At the guest session, an exchange of experience on inclusive education took place

On March 11, 2020, a guest session was held at Abai KazNPU with the participation of the director of the Department of Continuing Education Nazarbayev University Zhanyl Zhontaeva and Professor Filiz Polat as part of the translation of experiences on inclusive education. The moderator was the director of the Resource Advisory Center for Inclusive Education for universities of Kazakhstan at Abai KazNPU Zulfiya Movkebaev.

As part of this event, an exhibition of educational and methodical literature on special pedagogy was organized. Representatives of Abai KazNPU, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the Kazakh National Women`s teacher training University, the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism, the National Scientific and Practical Center attended the meeting for Corrective Pedagogy, and the «Ashyk аlem» public foundations and the «Umit» Support Center for the Deaf. Professor Filiz Polat shared her experience in the field of inclusive education, demonstrated a video and answered questions from the session participants.
