Capacity Building in Higher Education

On October 16, 2020, within the framework of the International Days of the ERASMUS + program, an online webinar will be held on participation in the Erasmus + program, in key action -2 Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE). The organizer of the webinar is the International Programs and Cooperation Office of the Department for International Cooperation of Abai KazNPU, host of the event and speaker - Bayan Sapargaliyeva, the Department Head. The theme of the webinar is about how to write a project proposal, about the structure of CBHE project application of the Erasmus + program.

On October 16, 2020, within the framework of the International Days of the ERASMUS + program, an online webinar was held on participation in the Erasmus + program, on the key action - 2 Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE). The organizer of the webinar was International Programs and Cooperation Office of the Department for International Cooperation of Abai KazNPU, the presenter and speaker of the event was the head of the office - Bayan Sapargaliyeva.

During the webinar, Bayan Sapargalieva told in detail how to write a project application: about the need to validate the PIC number (Participant Identification Code - PIC) of the organization / university, about the aim, structure, application procedure, application forms, in detail for each Erasmus + CBHE form competition proposal was presented and clearly demonstrated.

Summing up the results of the online meeting, we can highlight the high activity of the participants, which indicates the interest of universities in the projects of ERASMUS + programs and are unanimous in the understanding that there is a need to modernize higher education, there is something to work on for academic and administration staff of universities to improve the quality of education.

The webinar was attended by about 50 interested participants and guests, representatives of universitiesorganizations: Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University, Taraz State University, M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University, Central Asian University, Almaty Technological University, Narxoz University, Republican educational and health center - "Baldauren" in Kapshagai city, National Erasmus+ Office in Kazakhstan and Abai KazNPU.
