May 21-28, 2011. The official visit of the Rector of the University College of Diocese Linz (Austria) Prof. Hans Schachl to Abai kazNPU. The purpose of the visit is establishing of close cooperation in training teachers, student and academic exchange within the framework of Erasmus program and conducting lectures for students and staff members. During his visit Dr. Schachl made a presentation of his university and conducted a lecture titled "New scientific methods of education". As a result of the visit bilateral agreement was signed between the universities.
