Year of Youth - 2019

On February 14, the teaching staff of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports organized competitions among students in chess, togyzkumalak, armwrestling, dedicated to the Year of Youth.

The main goal of the competition is to promote a healthy lifestyle, strengthen their health, increase students` interest in sports. At the opening ceremony of the competition, Ergali Mukhiddinov, head of the department of physical culture and sports, wished the participants success. All students actively participated and competed in the competition.

Chess - the team of the Sorbonne-Kazakhstan Institute took the 1st place, the 2nd and the 3rd positions were taken by Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education, and Institute of Natural Science and Geography.
Togyzkumalak - 1 place, Institute of Natural Science and Geography; 2 place, the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education; 3 place, Institute Sorbonne-Kazakhstan.
Arm wrestling - 1st place, Sorbonna-Kazakhstan; 2nd place Institute of Natural Science and Geography 3rd place Institute of History and Law. Winners of the competition were awarded diplomas.
