Scientific webinar on the topic «Energy Management: Manage Energy, Not Time!»

On December 26, 2020, postdoctoral researcher of the Department of Political Science and Socio-Philosophical Disciplines of the Institute of History and Law T. Kilibayev held a scientific webinar on the topic «Energy Management: Manage Energy, Not Time!».

The webinar covered the issues of both the theory of time planning and its practical application. During the webinar, the aspects of the influence of physical strength, emotions, intelligence, and spiritual energy on the time management of each person were discussed. In addition, the researcher demonstrated to the participants individual energy saving techniques with the help of various games, thereby making this event useful and interesting.
