Open seminar «Mass Media, technology and society»

On April 9, 2022, as part of the «Decade of Sciences», a teacher of the Department of Political Science and Socio-Philosophical Disciplines of the Institute of History and Law, Aigerim Sarybayeva held an open seminar on the topic «Mass Media, Technology and Society» with the participation of 2nd year students of the specialty «History-Geography» and «Geography».

Senior teachers of the Department Tasybekova M. E., Karibayev O. O. and Secretary of the Department Zhanar Tairzhanovna took part in the open seminar. The purpose of the open seminar is to discuss the impact of mass media and technology on society. The event used group, case study, coaching, analytics, interactive teaching methods.

The place of the media in modern life, digital technology, its role in sociology, types of media in an open seminar, media globalisation, the Head of State`s Address were discussed and feedback was provided to students.
