Professor Chun Byonq-Soon`s online lecture «Threatening factors of Asian and Global security»

On February 2, 2023, Department of Political Science and Socio-Philosophical Disciplines of the Institute of History and Law held another lesson within the framework of the Eurasia Foundation (from Asia) project. The topic of the lecture is «Threatening factors of Asian and Global security». The lecture was delivered by the representative of the Eurasia Foundation (from Asia) Central Office, Professor Chun Byonq-Soon. The foreign scholar focused on the scale of the joint program «One Belt - One Road» between the states of Kazakhstan and China. He also noted that it is important to pay attention to the interference of major powers, such as the United States, in the election campaigns of small states.

At the end of the lecture, the Professor stressed the need to focus on the space of society and community. The organizer of this event also expressed gratitude to the head of Department of Political Science and Socio-philosophical Disciplines, Professor Zhomart Simtikov.

At the end of the lecture, students and undergraduates asked various questions related to public issues.
