Meeting with the Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohsen Faghani

February 9, 2024 is the National Day of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as the 45th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution. On this occasion, at the special invitation of the Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Almaty, Mr. Mohsen Faghani, the head of the department of political science and socio-philosophical disciplines of the Institute of History and Law of the Abai KazNPU, Simtikov Zhomart and the teacher of this department, Orynbekov Nurlan, took part in the reception. Representatives of the ministries of foreign affairs of the two countries took part in the ceremony. The meeting discussed Iran`s achievements in recent years and the relationship between the two countries. As part of the event, an exhibition of Iranian craftsmen and goods was organized. The Consul General of Iran noted that the development of relations with Kazakhstan is considered one of the priorities in the field of foreign policy of their state.
