Coordinate and control the activities of institutes and departments in organising the work to promote and maximise the employment of graduates.
Develop social partnership in training and employment of specialists of departments, institutes, centre with employers and employment services.
To exchange information about the university graduates and vacancies in schools and other organizations in their respective specialties.
Participate in job fairs, analyze the number of graduates arriving to places of distribution etc.
Organize and control the flow of documentation.
Control the implementation of the decisions and recommendations of the Academic Council and Rector on the issues of employment by directors, departments.
Preparation of draft orders.
Timely informing of institutes about the order of submission of documentation and control over submission of documentation.
Gathering the information from organizations and employment centres about vacancies and bringing it to the institutes.
Preparation of documentation for personal placement of graduates.
Within the framework of the quality management system, the head of the centre:
- Is responsible for ensuring that all processes required for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained;
- regularly reports to the top management on the functioning of the QMS and any need for improvement;
- is responsible for the awareness in the centre of the requirements of the customer (student, employer);
- supervises the implementation of corrective and preventive measures in the QMS.
Participate in the organization of the work for compliance with the requirements of ISQ 9001:2015, ISO 37001, educational standards of RK and customer requirements;
To take part in the organization of the development of measures to improve the quality of graduates, according to their nominated requirements.
To conclude agreements (jointly with institutes) with schools, to establish links with internships.
