A creative competition "Zhas Orken" is being organized for the children of university staff and teachers

On May 15-30, 2024, with the support of the trade union organization of employees of KazNPU named after Abai, organized by the Department for Social Development and Youth Policy, in honor of the holiday "June 1-International Children`s Day", a creative competition "Zhas orken" on reading poetry and singing songs by Abai Kunanbayev for children of university staff and teachers will be held.

The purpose of the project is to promote the works of the great Kazakh poet Abai Kunanbayev to the younger generation. Expanding the child`s horizons, developing memory, and creative abilities.

The competition is open to participants in preschool age (3-5 years) and 1-4 elementary grades (6-10 years). preschoolers (3-5 years old) and 1-4 elementary grades (6-10 years old). The competition is held in the nominations "Olen - sozdin patshasy, soz sarasy" for reciting Abai`s poems by heart and "Kunilim andi ugady" for singing Abai`s songs.

The participants of the competition and the winners of the prizes will be awarded with letters of thanks, diplomas of the Chairman of the Board - Rector and special valuable prizes. The award ceremony for the winners of the competition is scheduled for the "International Children`s Day" on June 1, 2024.
