Pupils of the Republican Physics and Mathematics School named after O. Zhautykov took part in the celebration of the 175th anniversary of Abai in KazNPU

On November 8, 2019, in the framework of cooperation between the Republican Physics and Mathematics School (named after O. Zhautykov) and the Academy of pedagogical skills of Abai KazNPU, a round table was held on the 175th anniversary of Abay Kunanbayev.

The meeting was held in the center of «Abaitanu», where the main speaker Zhabalkhan Shoyymbet told interesting stories from the life of the great steppe poet-thinker and presented to all participants the book «Abay says ...». Students of the Republican Physics and Mathematics Schoolcame up with a wonderful concert on Abay`s work, showing not only deep knowledge of his literary heritage, but also surprising with their mastery of playing domra. The teachers of this famous school handed a letter of thanks to the leadership of the Department of Pedagogy of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology for active cooperation and exchange of experience. Members of the Academy of pedagogical skills organized a quiz for guests using interactive Quizizz methods. The winners were awarded memorable prizes with the university logo to the wonderful sounds of Abay`s songs.
