Irkitbaev Saken Nurkaydarovich was born on 16.12.1968 in the village of Konyrolen in the Zharkent region of the Taldykorgan region.
In 1994 he graduated with honors from the natural-geographical faculty of the present Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay.
