Born on January 31, 1965 in Kyzylorda region. In 1990, graduated from the Gogol N.V. Kyzylorda pedagogical Institute, major: teacher of the Kazakh language and literature

1992-1995 full-time post-graduate student at A. Baitursynov Institute of linguistics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1995-2003- Senior Researcher at the A. Baitursynov Institute of linguistics NAS MES RK;

In 2001, defended PhD thesis on the topic "Language of M. Auezov`s journalism" for the degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences, specialty 10.02.02-Kazakh language

In 2007 defended her Doctoral dissertation on "Pragmatics of the modern Kazakh media text"

2003-2009 - Associate Professor of the Department of theory and methodology of the Modern Kazakh language of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University

2009-2012 - Head of the Kazakh Philology Department at Kazakh Ablaikhan University of International Relations and World Languages

2012-2014 - Associate Professor of the Department of philological specialties аt the Institute of  Master`s and Doctoral studies PhD at Abai KazNPU

2014-2016, Head of the Department of philological specialties of the Institute of Magistracy and Doctoral Studies, Abai KazNPU
