Online seminar «The educational value of the young poets` work»

On 21 April, 2020, the senior lecturers of the Chair of Oriental Philology and Translation at the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education Shariyam Baratova and Halminam Masimova, students of the specialty «Foreign Philology: Uigur Language» held an online seminar «The educational value of the young poets` work».

The seminar was attended by the chief researcher of the M.O. Auezov Institute of Literature and Art Alimzhan Hamraev, young poets William Molotov, Molutzhan Tokhtakhunov, Abdulzhan Aznabakiv, who make a significant contribution to the development of multinational literature of the country. They read their poems and answered all the students` questions.

During the event, a report was made by Alimzhan Hamraev, who noted that the works of young writers educate the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism and love for the homeland, instill an interest in poetry. An exchange of views took place on the choice of literary genres and their meanings. The online seminar was held by the senior teacher of the Chair Shariyam Baratova.

At the end of the seminar, the head of the Chair of Oriental Philology and Translation, Ergali Yesbosynov, spoke. He emphasized the importance of such events and thanked the participants and organizers. The seminar was also attended by teachers of the chair: Arabic specialists Raya Orazova and Eleanora Kanseitova, Chinese teacher Gulia Alikhankyzy and English teacher Yerlan Sambetov.
