First steps in science

On November 18 and 19, 2021, at the Department of Russian Language and Literature of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education, sessions of the sections of the 76th scientific conference of students and undergraduates of Abai KazNPU.

Students` reports were read in the framework of the work of four sections: «Actual problems of literary criticism», «Actual problems of linguistics», «Questions of teaching methods of Russian language and literature», «Russian language in the professional and special field of activity.» In total, the conference program included 49 reports of students and undergraduates. The best reports will be published in the collection of conference materials.

The participants of the conference chose interesting problems for their scientific works, focused on the practical use of scientific research in the field of education. Questions to speakers and a lively discussion of the speeches testify to the importance and relevance of the topics studied by novice researchers.

Summing up the results of the sessions, the scientific supervisors of the speakers and the head of the department, Saule Abisheva, spoke about the importance of these first steps in science for each of the conference participants.
