Production practice is a step towards professional competence
On 5 April 2018 in the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education there was a report conference "Industrial practice - a step to professional competence" for students of the 4th course of specialties 5B011700 - Kazakh language and literature, 5B012100 - Kazakh language and literature in schools with non-Kazakh language of instruction", and also students of the third year of specialty 5B011700 - "Kazakh language and literature", studying for a 3-year program.
The conference was attended by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Asan Satmyrzaev, the employee of the career center Sholpan Zhantileuova, the director of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Baltabay Abdigaziuly, heads of the chairs, methodologists of schools and the institute.
At the conference, the director of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education Baltabay Abdigaziuly delivered a welcoming speech, expressing special gratitude to the subject teachers and representatives of different schools.
Students of the 3-4th year organized an exhibition where their works were presented, prepared during the production practice; they exchanged opinions about their first impressions and the pedagogical experience they received.
Zhanat Dauletbekova, head of the department "Theory and methodology of the Kazakh language", noted the achievements of the students and presented them with the certificates of the training seminar "Updated curricula of the Kazakh language and literature in the system of general education: teaching and methodological features".
In the category "Best Open Lesson" organized by the Institute, 9 students, highly praised by the Methodists, were awarded.
At the end of the conference, all the participants with the guests took part in the photo session.
