Pedagogical practice is a step to professional competence

On 20 February, 2018 the reporting conference of 3rd year students of specialties 5B011700 - Kazakh language and literature, 5B012100 - Kazakh language and literature in schools with non-Kazakh language of instruction «Pedagogical practice - a step to professional competence» was held.

At the conference the director of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education Baltabai Abdigaziuly made a welcoming speech and expressed special gratitude to the subject teachers and school staff.

Students of the 3rd year organized an exhibition at which their works, prepared in pedagogical practice, were presented. According to the rules, in turn, introducing slides and situations related to pedagogical practice, the students exchanged impressions of the first pedagogical experience.

In the category «Best Open Lesson» offered by the Institute, 16 students were awarded, which were highly appreciated by the Methodists. Head of the Department of Theory and Methodology of the Kazakh Language Zhanat Dauletbekova noted the achievements of students who were demonstrated in practice and presented them with the certificates of the training seminar «Updated Curricula of the Kazakh Language and Literature in the General Education System: Teaching and Methodological Features».

At the end of the conference the participants together with the guests were photographed for memory.
