Scientific seminar in al-Farabi Kazakh National University

On March 19, 2019 Professor of the Russian Language and Literature Department Manatkul Musatayeva with her doctoral students Assel Kozhakhmetova, Zhuldyz Tolebaeva and Gulzira Kuatova took part in the scientific seminar «Russian at the crossroads of Asia and Europe». The seminar was held in Al-Farabi Kazakh National University under the leadership of the well-known linguist, the President of The Kazakhstani Teachers of Russian Language and Literature, the Vice-President of The International Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature, Eleonora Suleimenova with the participation of the Consul of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation Irina Pereverzeva.

In the second part of the seminar, the Medal ceremony named after A.S. Pushkin «For great merits in the spread of the Russian language» was held. The medal was awarded to Doctor of Philology, Professor Lyudmila Ekshembeeva and Doctor of Philology, Professor Valentina Narozhnaya.
