Methodological seminar "Actual problems of psychological and pedagogical education"

The Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai KazNPU held the republican methodical seminar "Actual problems of psychological and pedagogical education", dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor Botagul Turgumbaeva. The event was attended by famous pedagogue of the country Ayagul Mirazova, Rakhat Shimasheva, the Chairman of the Board of the University, faculty and students of the Institute. Aktolkyn Kulsarieva, Vice-rector for Strategy, Digitalization and Internationalization, gave information about the jubilee and congratulated her on behalf of the university administration in her opening remarks.

Member of the Executive Board of the World Society for Comparative Education, Academician Askarbek Kusainov made a presentation on the theme of the workshop. The report by Roza Kalimzhanova, the head of the Department "Pedagogy and Psychology" of the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute, "Creative Educator - Modern Trends in Training Psychologists" also aroused the interest of those present.

Botagul Altayovna was congratulated by fellow researchers from Gazi University in Turkey and Veliko Tarnovo University in Bulgaria in offline and online formats.

The results of the seminar were summarised by Aigerim Kosherbayeva, Head of the Department "Pedagogy and Psychology" of IP&P.
