Kulekenova Zhanar Gabbasovna was born on May 12, 1967 in the East Kazakhstan region. In 1984 she graduated from the secondary school named after Kirov in the village of Kokpekty, East Kazakhstan region. From 1984 to 1989 studied at the Pavlodar Pedagogical Institute at the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​with a degree in Foreign Language: English and German.

1989 to 1993 worked as a teacher of German and English at the Kirov Secondary School. 1993 to 1996 worked at the Department of Foreign Languages ​​at the Semipalatinsk Pedagogical Institute as an English teacher.
In 1996 entered the full-time postgraduate study of KazUIR & WL named after Ablai Khan and completed the studies in December 1999.
1999 - 2000 - Senior Lecturer of the English Language of the 1 Humanitarian Department of the Faculty of Philology in Kazakh State University named after Al Farabi.
From 2000 to the present time - Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​at KazNPU named after Abai.
2012 to 2019 - Applicant for the Kyrgyz State University named after Arabaev, Kyrgyz Republic. Defended the thesis in 2019 at the DS at KSU named after Arabaev, KNU named after Balasagyn and the Kyrgyz Academy of Education in the specialty 130002 - theory and methods of teaching and upbringing
