SHORT AUTOBIOGRAPHY


Mukatayeva Zhazira Sagatbekovna was born in 1974 in the Karaganda region, after graduating from high school in 1991, she entered the Natural Geography Faculty of Kazakh Pedagogical Institute named after Abai. In 1996 she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Almaty State University named after Abai majoring in chemistry-biology. In 1997-2000 year she studied at the full-time postgraduate department at the Department of Chemistry of ASU named after Abai. In 2006 she successfully defended her PhD thesis.

 

From 2001 to 2005 she worked as a senior lecturer in the department of "Physics and Chemistry" of the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communication named after M.Tynyshpaev. In 2006, she was accepted as a senior lecturer in the department of "Chemistry" of KazNPU named after Abai. From 2008-2019 worked as Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the Institute of Natural Science and Geography and from 2020 to the present, she has been working as the head of the Department of Chemistry at Abai University.

2. Performer of the project work on the topic "Methodological foundations for the formation of functional science literacy of schoolchildren in accordance with PISA studies" (grant funding projects of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2024)
