2 1987-1999 - Arkalyk, Humanitarian college. The teacher of psychology.

3  1999 -2017 - the senior teacher of academic department "Professional education". S.Seifulin KATU.

4 2010- Defense of a dissertation for the degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences in the specialty 13.00.08 - "Theory and methods of vocational education." on the topic «Psychological and pedagogical guidelines for the development of creative thinking of the future professionals in the system of higher education».

5 2014 - Diploma of Master of Business Administration. Specialization: Innovation technologies in the Psychology  and  Education. London. UK.

6 2013-  Winner of the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak".
