Uteulieva Barshagul Muratovna was born on November 18, 1981. A Native Of Almaty. She studied at the Abai KazNPU Faculty of History 1998 - 2006. After graduating from the university, he was awarded the qualification of history and geography, diploma number №645. In 2006, After graduating from the university, Assistant of the Department of "Special Historical Disciplines" 2007-2013, teacher of the Department of "Special Historical Disciplines". She entered the magistracy of KazNPU named after Abai in 2013, graduated in 2015. Currently, he works at the Abai KazNPU at the Department of "History of Kazakhstan" named after Academician Sadykov T.S.
