Sadyrmekova Indira Makeevna was born on March 17, 1965 in the village of Merke, Zhambyl region, after graduating from secondary school in 1982, she began her seniority. She graduated from the Alma-Ata Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages in 1993. Since 1995, she has been working at the Chair of Practical English of KazNPU named after Abai.
