Turalin Yessengazy Mukhametzhanuly was born on March 23, 1993 in the city of Kostanay. Nationality - Kazakh. In 2011 he graduated from secondary school No. 10 of the Education Department of Kostanay.

In 2011, he entered the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, majoring in "5B011400-History". He graduated from the university in 2015 and received an academic bachelor`s degree.

In 2015, he entered the master`s program at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, majoring in "6M050500-Regional Studies". In 2017, he completed a master`s degree and received a master`s degree in social sciences.

In 2020, he entered the doctoral program (scientific and pedagogical direction) at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, specialty "8D03110: Regional Studies". Graduated from the university in 2023.

Since 2023, he has been working at the Abai KazNPU, at the Department of Political Science and Socio-Philosophical Disciplines of the Institute of History and Law.
