International Scientific Seminar on Artificial Intelligence in Language Education

On November 18, 2025, faculty members from the Department of Primary Education at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Adlet Kariev and Almash Turalbaeva, successfully held the international scientific seminar titled "Artificial Intelligence: Modeling Individual Trajectories of Language Teaching" (in Kazakh: «Жасанды интеллект: тілдерді оқытудың жеке траекториясын модельдеу»).

The event featured online participation from leading researchers at the University of Granada (Spain): Javier Medina Quero and Aurora Polo Rodríguez. The seminar served as a platform for exchanging expertise on applying AI in personalized language instruction, with a focus on emotional and motivational factors.

The event was organized as part of the implementation of the international project "Research on the Influence of Emotional-Motivational Factors on the Development of Language Competencies of Future Primary School Teachers Using Artificial Neural Networks" (in Kazakh: «Жасанды нейрондық желілерді қолданудағы болашақ бастауыш сынып мұғалімдерінің тілдік құзыреттіліктерін дамытуға эмоционалдық-мотивациялық әсерлерін зерттеу»; Order No. 05-04/250 dated April 3, 2025). Participants discussed innovative approaches to modeling learning trajectories, contributing to enhanced teacher training quality amid the digitalization of education.

The seminar underscored the importance of international collaboration and opens new prospects for joint research.
