Joint Brainstorming Sessions with Students of the KazNPU Branch in Astana Have Been Conducted From December 2 to 4, 2025, as part of the intramural research grant project «Professional Collaboration Among Learners – A New Format for Knowledge Exchange and Research within the University Environment», three-day Brainstorming sessions were held with students of the KazNPU branch in Astana. The event aimed to enhance professional collaboration among students, develop research culture, and create an environment for generating creative ideas. The first day, December 2, began with a quest-style session titled «Harry Potter World: The Magic of Knowledge». Students representing different faculties were divided into four teams and completed various stages of the quest involving logical, creative, and team-based tasks. On the second day, December 3, the session was held in the IQ Test format. Five teams, each consisting of three students from their respective faculties, completed intellectual tasks demonstrating quick thinking, analytical abilities, and decision-making skills. This format enabled the assessment of participants’ academic capabilities and analytical thinking levels. The third and final day, December 4, continued with the defence of creative mini-projects during the thematic session Vector_dream. Teams of five students presented their projects on the topic «Initial Teaching Practice as a Research Point» addressing current issues in pedagogy. Each team was given 5 minutes to present their work. The projects were evaluated based on practical relevance, creativity, and scientific justification. The three-day Brainstorming sessions significantly contributed to the professional development of students, strengthened teamwork, and enriched the academic community. Participants exchanged new ideas, enhanced their project development skills, and proposed innovative approaches to solving pedagogical challenges.
