Scientific and Methodological Evening Dedicated to the 95th Anniversary of Sagira Rakhmetova

On March 3, 2026, a scientific and methodological evening dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the distinguished scholar and educator, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Sagira Rakhmetova, was held under the title «The Legacy of Sagira Rakhmetova and the Development of Methods for Teaching the Kazakh Language in Primary School». The main purpose of the event was to promote the scholar’s scientific and methodological legacy, to reassess her contribution to the development of Kazakh language teaching methods in primary education within the context of modern educational paradigms, and to present her professional path as an example for the younger generation. The event was organized by the Department of Primary Education. During the opening ceremony, the Head of the Department, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Aziya Yeleupanovna Zhumabayeva, delivered a welcoming speech, emphasizing Sagira Rakhmetova’s significant role in Kazakh pedagogy and the importance of the academic school she established.
