Implementation of Administrative Justice

On April 12, 2022 during the Decade of Science of Abai KazNPU, the Jurisprudence Department of History and Law Institute held a webinar for students of the Jurisprudence educational program with participation of the judge of specialized interdistrict administrative court of Nur-Sultan city Aybek Amangeldin.

When appealing against the decisions and actions of public authorities, citizens are often in unequal conditions. Their opportunities are not commensurate with the resources of the state apparatus. The judge emphasised to the students that the introduction of administrative justice was necessary to develop a dispute resolution mechanism that bridges this gap.

Specific cases of appealing against decisions, actions of state bodies and officials were presented. The establishment of administrative courts, Aibek Temurovich said, is important for ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of citizens. It provides protection from arbitrariness of officials and contributes to stability, legality and validity of decisions and actions of state bodies and their officials.

The meeting was moderated by the Head of the Law Department, Associate Professor Koshpenbetov B.M. and Associate Professor Momysheva F.S.

Head of the Department of Law Koshpenbetov B.M. presented a letter of gratitude on behalf of the Rector of Abai KazNPU for participation in the Decade of Science and holding a webinar for future lawyers.
