December is the stellar month of the nation`s history

On December 6, 2023, in the conference hall of the National Library of RK, with the support of the Department of Public Development of Almaty, the center "Socifl project management" within the framework of the project "Kharman ult", a final conference was held on the topic: "Zheltoksan-the star month of the history of the nation". The event was attended by participants of the December 1986 demonstrations, representatives of public organisations, cultural figures of the country, faculty and students of the Institute of History and Law of Abai KazNPU. The moderator of the conference was Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Khankeldy Abzhanov. The deputy director for educational Work of the Institute of History and Law Nurlan Manapov made a report, the main focus of the speakers was aimed at educating young people of the patriotic spirit and moral values. The end of the conference continued with the laying of flowers at the monument to the Decembrists. Thanks to the organizers!
